Guttarolo Primitivo 'Miro' 2022 no-wrapinThere's not a lot of natural wine in Puglia or the rest of southern Italy, so it's a joy to see a young producer like Guttarolo turn his family production around to focus on great farming and more liveliness in the wines. Primitivo can be massive and dark that's not 'Miro.' Think violets, lavender, dark hard herbs, and limestone backbone. Lovely stuff.
